>Generally within the first week after accepted offer the inspector will check the property for any major defects.

DURING THIS PHASE YOU WILL BE WORKING CLOSELY WITH YOUR LENDER AND UNDERWRITERS TO COMPLETE THE FINANCING PROCESS.
